Beach Residence — Roof Garden Addition
An addition to an existing structure featuring a roof garden. The primary challenge was designing a water-resistant addition to accommodate the garden, plus access stairs that complied with city regulations while maintaining architectural aesthetics. Our solution: a prefabricated staircase that met all city standards, served as an architectural centerpiece, and was more cost-efficient than a conventional staircase.

Two-Story ADU — San Jose, CA
An addition featuring an extra master bedroom with full bath. Integrating existing beams and columns into the new structure posed structural challenges requiring careful roof planning for stability and seamless attachment. Our team navigated land-development regulations and blended the new addition with the existing structure architecturally.
Eco-friendly features include an EV charging port and solar panels, qualifying the project for federal and state green-energy incentives and grants.
