Modern Landscape & Site Development
A hillside landscape and site development project merging modern design with environmental sustainability. We began with a full site survey and contour scan of the natural terrain, designed concrete walkways integrated with native planting to minimize soil disruption, and coordinated with structural engineers on engineered retaining walls and a new deck addition — including calculations and stamped drawings. Complete permit documents were prepared and carried through plan check to approval.
