City of Yorba Linda — Plans, specifications, estimates, and quantity tracking during construction of a two-mile primary arterial rehabilitation: asphalt overlay and reconstruction, curbs and gutters, cross gutters, sidewalks, driveways, ADA ramps, striping, signal loops, and traffic control.

Culver Drive / Walnut Avenue Intersection

City of Irvine — Community outreach and utility coordination on a $2.5 million intersection improvement: roadway widening, median and traffic signal modifications, landscaping and irrigation, and ADA-compliant sidewalks, bus stops, and access ramps.

University Drive Improvements

City of Irvine — Plans, specifications, and estimates for a $1.7 million roadway improvement requiring coordination with The Irvine Company, Caltrans, and multiple utility agencies, plus an arboricultural evaluation and construction engineering support.

Residential Street Asphalt Overlay

City of Lake Forest — Construction management and inspection for a citywide overlay programme, including utility and municipal coordination, bid-item quantity tracking, and bi-weekly progress reporting to the board.

ADA Access Ramp Programme

City of Lake Forest — Quantity and location tracking for a citywide ADA ramp replacement programme.

Water District Pipe Replacements

Laguna Beach Water District — Design and construction support for cast iron pipe replacement on High Drive and Monterey Drive, and a pipe upgrade on Palmer Street to provide fire flow.
