A $5 million rehabilitation of Anderson Hall for UCLA, addressing structural wear and tear accumulated across the building. Work covered the stairs, walls, and hallways along with the parking structure. On-site structural evaluations captured detailed measurements and existing conditions, pinpointing where reinforcement was required and producing the structural details that guided the repair strategy.

CSU Los Angeles — Concrete Testing & Structural Surveys

Performed comprehensive concrete testing and site surveys across multiple parking structures and buildings at California State University, Los Angeles, to identify structural failures. Detailed on-site evaluations tested the concrete for deterioration and cracking, producing the structural details needed to plan targeted repairs and keep the structures safe and functional.

Glendale Galleria — Parking Structure Renovations

Supported comprehensive parking renovations at the Glendale Galleria with site surveys and concrete testing to address structural failures. The project added new electric-vehicle charging stations and reworked parking layouts to improve space utilization and traffic flow — with detailed structural evaluations ensuring every deficiency was identified and addressed before construction.
